Anna Korenius CHHC, AADP, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Anna Korenius is a Holistic Nutritionist by Integrative Nutrition, certified by SUNY, Purchase College of New York and accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practioners. She has also obtained continuing education at the Urban Zen Centre of New York and in Ayurvedic Therapy. Anna leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition plans.

Anna has studied all the major different dietary theories, from eastern to western medicine, and integrated traditional nutrition philosophies with modern health concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. She grew up in Finland competing and performing in Rhytmics Gymnastics all over Europe which led her to work with different nutritionists from very early on as part of her training program. Her background being an athlete and growing up in Scandinavia and having pure nature living and food as part of her life has influenced her practice and approach today. She is now based in New York helping her clients to transform their health and happiness naturally through nutritional guiding.

Anna has worked with variety of different clients from the fashion and entertainment industry, sports, businesses, institutions, corporations and with anyone that has an interest in living a life of better health and happiness and they all have one goal in common which is to raise their well-being, success and health to the optimal level. Anna loves being part of the common mission, helping people to improve their health and happiness naturally through nutritional guiding.
